CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS 

As a courtesy to our clients and team members, we ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be given 48- hours' notice.  Any cancellation made after the 48 hour required cancellation period reserves the right to a 50% charge of your service fee, 50.00 non-refundable fee, redeem any voucher, series, gift certificates or member monthly treatment.  Missed appointments with no courtesy call are subject to a charge in the full amount of the service.  Rejuv Med Spa & Salon offers Courtesy reminders, emails,and text reminders for your scheduled appointments.

DEPOSITS FOR EXTENDED APPOINTMENTS

A deposit of half the amount of the service is required to reserve appointments that are over 2 hours or longer. (Microblading, Balayage, Eye Lash Extensions, Corrective Color, etc.)  This deposit will be held and used towards services on the day of your appointment.  In the event of a cancellation for these long appointment blocks, a 72-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.  

RETURN POLICY

Rejuv Med Spa & Salon will accept returns for unopened retail products up to 7 days after the original purchase date. There is no refund for products, however, we will gladly exchange for a new product of equal or greater value.
